Return and Refund Policy  

At Fusionaccessories, operated by Mediafusion IT, our focus is to provide every shopper with a reliable and stress-free buying experience. Within this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Mediafusion IT, while “you,” “your,” and “customer” represent our valued buyers. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the practices outlined in this Returns & Refunds Policy. If you ever need to return an item, the following terms and process will guide you step by step. 

Eligibility for Returns 

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and remain in their original condition, with packaging, labels, and tags intact.
     
  • Any additional accessories such as branded boxes, dust bags, or labels must also be included in the return package. 
     
  • Items that show signs of wear, alterations, or cleaning will not qualify for return.
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer care team. 
     
  • Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted. 


How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit Your Request 

Send an email to mediafusionit@gmail.com including your Order ID and the reason for returning the product. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence 

If the item delivered is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please attach clear photographs to help us assess the issue promptly. 

Step 3: Follow Instructions Provided 

After your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will send you detailed return instructions. 

Note: Returns not meeting our guidelines may be declined. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

Once your return reaches us, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the stated conditions. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, accompanied by an email confirmation. 

Partial Refunds 

In certain cases, if the returned product does not fully meet return requirements (for example, missing packaging, minor wear, or incomplete accessories), we may approve a partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items 

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the matter quickly, include clear images or videos when contacting our support team.
